JULY 2026 Group Lessons
from $50.00

This class pass grants access to the weekly lessons in our schedule for the June 29-July 28 cycle (4 weeks—no classes on July 13 & 14). These group lessons follow a progressive format, which means the material will level up each week. If you are a beginner student and purchased a Drop-In card, we strongly recommend using it in the earlier weeks of each cycle.

All classes take place at Kanopy Dance Studio, located at 329 W Mifflin St - Madison, WI 53703. Once you reserve a class pass, check our “Door Code” page for that day’s code to get into the studio.

Classes included in this pass are “as is,” which means they must be used up on the scheduled cycle, dates, and times. If you miss a class during the cycle, we unfortunately cannot grant make up dates or credit towards future lessons. If your schedule is unpredictable, we recommend going with the Drop-In class option.

Our group lessons schedule is as follows:

All of the above fees are for the entire 4-week cycle for the designated amount of classes. Please read the descriptions carefully and DO NOT purchase 4x of a class pass for the month. While we strongly stand behind the quality of our instruction, we do not charge hundreds of dollars per month. If you overpay, we cannot guarantee an exact refund of the difference due to card processing costs that we lose on each electronic transaction (both “to” and “from” clients).

Please see our lessons page for logistical information, skill level breakdown, and general class expectations. If you reserve a spot but are unable to attend all of the classes on your pass for whatever reason, please let us know so that we can apply your sign-up for a different month of classes. If you'd prefer a refund, we can issue a partial refund of 95% due to the high costs of card processing fees kept by processors (even in the event of a refund).

**We have a limit of 34 students in the class: 17 “lead” spots and 17 “follow” spots.

1 Class (Drop-In)
from $15.00

This item grants access to any regular Monday/Tuesday group class on our schedule (not applicable to special workshops / events). Please select from the following two options:

$15 for an individual
$25 for a lead/follow pair

If you are a beginner student, we do not recommend dropping into lessons after Week 2 of any monthly cycle. This doesn’t apply to more experienced students.

ALL BACHATA LESSONS WILL MOVE TO ¡A BAILAR! WEDNESDAYS AT SOTTO
Starting in June, our Bachata instruction will take place at our weekly ¡A Bailar! Wednesdays at Sotto. We will have two sets of instructors teaching separate groups simultaneously (beginner and intermediate) prior to the social dancing portion of the evening. The progression of the material will follow the calendar month, so the 1st Wednesday will be more accessible while the 4th Wednesday will challenge students more. There will not be any pre-registration required for these Bachata lessons, as they’ll be included in the $10 cover charge to attend the event.

All studio classes are held at the new Kanopy Dance Studio, right around the corner from Overture Center and Madison Public Library:

329 W Mifflin St (ground level)
Madison, WI 53703

Please be sure to check our QR Code page to have that specific day’s access code available for the lesson(s) you signed up for.

As these are group lessons, we have dancers switch partners throughout the class. Dancers that sign up together as a pair are welcome stay together and out of the rotation if they wish. We just encourage you to please communicate this to the other dancers during class.
